If you are local to the Wrexham area you can collect your order. Please contact me to arrange this.
If the items are to be posted, a delivery charge will be added to the cost.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Refunds are only offered on non-personalised items. Please contact me a.s.a.p. to arrange. All returned items must be returned undamaged within 14 days.
Unfortunately I am unable to offer a refund or exchange on any personalised items unless they are faulty.
Every care is taken to ensure that each item reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Breakages are very rare but in the unlikely event of this happening, please contact me a.s.a.p. with photo evidence of the breakage and I will replace it for you.
