My glassware is hand painted in Wales using high quality paints, left to dry for 24 hours and then baked at 160’c. This process makes the designs longer lasting and more durable. Although this should make the glassware dishwasher safe, I recommend that you wash the glasses in warm, soapy water to prolong the vibrancy of the design. Please do not soak, scour or use abrasives on the glassware as this will damage the paintwork.

I aim to despatch your glass within 5 - 7 days, but please but please allow longer during busy periods. If you need them for a certain date, please contact me first to make sure I will be able to get them to you in time. I don't charge extra for rush orders.
All my glassware will be sent by a signed for service, for your security and mine.
Should you wish to order multiple times, I will calculate a combined shipping price.
All shipping quoted is a guideline price - if it works out cheaper I will refund the difference.
Shipping costs are to the United Kingdom. Should you require overseas shipping please contact me and I will check the current postage costs for you.
Refunds are only offered on non-personalised items. Please contact me a.s.a.p. to arrange. All returned items must be returned undamaged within 14 days.
Unfortunately I am unable to offer a refund or exchange on any personalised items unless they are faulty.
Every care is taken to ensure that each item reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Breakages are very rare but in the unlikely event of this happening, please contact me a.s.a.p. with photo evidence of the breakage and I will replace it for you.
